This is really great! I was looking up gluten free food and found this post )which AKA is food for your soul).
Do you listen to a lot of Phillips, Craig and, Dean? We have only had one of their CD’s (“Let my Words Be Few”) for as long as I can remember but have listened to it repeatedly on our way to church in the morning.

    It doesn’t at the moment because I desperately need to find the time to redo my about page, but I have a gluten intolerance.

    If I may pry, what made you probe for a gluten intolerance?
    
    I know that in my case, my Dad and I both have skin disorders and we read in a health book that certain skin disorders can be a result of a gluten allergy. In the book they suggested going on a gluten free test (e.g. eating purely GF for 6 months, all the while keeping a careful watch on symptoms to see when/if they clear up. Then after the 6 months to begin reintroducing gluten back into your diet, all the while keeping a careful watch on your symptoms to see when/if they stop and then when/if they came back, purpose being so that you could find your gluten tolerance level.
